Reservation SMS program
The Vick ATL sends reservation confirmations, reminders, and cancellation notices by text to guests who opt in via the reservation form. By providing your phone number and checking the SMS opt-in box, you consent to receive these reservation-related text messages.
Message frequency and rates
Message frequency varies based on your reservation activity. You may receive messages when you book, when your reservation is confirmed or updated, and as a reminder before your visit. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier plan.
Opting out and support
Reply STOP to cancel texts from The Vick ATL at any time. Reply HELP for help. After opting out, you may still receive reservation-related emails if you provided an email address.
Carriers and delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The Vick ATL is not responsible for messages that are not delivered due to network issues, carrier restrictions, or changes to your phone number.
